Stop wishing you had more time to yourself .It is very common to give advice to others but to implement it on yourself its consider a hard task .The problem is, we probably aren’t doing enough of it, so take care of yourself every time.
NO matter what we do, there are only 24 hours in a day, so you can’t create more time. But you can clear some time by reevaluating priorities, perhaps saying “no” more often and practising smart time management.

Limit Screen Time
Work breaks into your day where you can skip screen time, such as for an hour at both lunch and dinner time. It’s best to skip screens at bedtime, too, because it disrupts your sleep patterns.
Your brain needs rest just like the rest of your body, and one of the best ways to rest your brain is to unplug the gadgets from your sight.
Start your Day with Meditation
Research shows that meditation offers not only calm but also helps with anxiety and depression, cancer, chronic pain, asthma, heart disease and high blood pressure.
Meditation is proof that it doesn’t take a tonne of time to do a mind and body good. Other benefits include a boost in compassion and emotional stability.
Get enough sleep

Keeping a journal or scrapbook is a good way to track your goals and remind you of the things you’ve accomplished and the things you still plan to accomplish. Continue to add new goals as they come up. Recovery is a constant process and continuing to set goals for yourself will keep you motivated to reach and maintain wellness.
Spend Quality Time with friends and family
Spending time with positive, loving people you care about and trust can ease stress, help your mood and improve the way you feel overall. They may be family members, close friends, members of a support group or a peer counsellor at the local drop-in centre.
Laugh
Laughter helps you fight off infections and illnesses because your body works better when it isn’t under stress. Your immune system is affected by physical and emotional stress. So watch a short funny video on YouTube, surround yourself with good people whenever you can.
Practice Saying No To Things That Stress You Out
Sometimes the most toxic events in our day come from situations we can avoid or habits we can stop. Take some time to know what makes you feel bad, then work on strategies to change these situations and behaviours. One strategy is to make an “absolute no list”.
All you have to learn is to say no to few things which are harmful.
Listen to music
Music is a powerful tool to help keep you in the right state of mind. It’s good for your mental health and it’s also good for the soul.
If you are feeling depressed or down, just pop in your favourite track and enjoy the moment, turn up the music and dance as you work.
Get out of town
