Smart work is an result of hardship one has put in practicing into an field, gaining knowledge and experience as it’s truly said practice makes a man perfect.Work is important to do as it takes us to the next level of success. The most important question you should ask at this place is What is more important hard work or smart work?

For:

  1. Doing smart work allows you to save time for other things which you might not get by doing hard work like, exercise, spending time with family etc
  2. Smart work brings lots of recognition from the society and allows you to grow more in the industry you are in.
  3. Smart work saves lots of time and allows you to be more organized
  4. Through smart work your goals can be reached faster.
  5. Smart work is really the need of the hour.

  1. It is totally time consuming and exhausting experience, as after doing lots of work you left out with less energy to do anything else.
  2. Hard work doesn’t allow you to fully use your brain and it pushes you for more physical work.
  3. Working hard is not enough as it might not bring the best result of a problem or a situation.
  4. Hard work takes lots of time just to make things correct.

Every person goal is different and his ways to  achieve them too. we can work in hard manner and as well as smart manner.As we all know that smart work implies creativity,problem solving,it takes less effort,good handling,less stress…and in case of hard work its takes hard time,more stress…But in both hard n smart work we can achieve an objective but what the difference between them is time taken to achieve it.

I wont say only only one is important. If we work in smart way we will achieve objective in fast manner and if we work in hard its takes time difference that’s it.

CONCLUSION: For every person both eyes are important,if we look it one eye we can see the objects but if we look with both eyes we see more clearly the objects, like that HARD WORK and SMART WORK  both are important.
